Future Leaders Lab: English Immersion & Entrepreneurial Innovation

What is the Future Leaders Lab?

Future Leaders Lab is a specially curated, one-week programme series by Westbourne International, focusing on a blend of academic and practical skills, including entrepreneurship, business awareness, and business and AI application.

The iconic Future Leaders Lab: Mini MBA, held every summer, brings together students aged 14 – 17 years from across the globe and is led by the distinguished INSEAD Adjunct Professor Adrian Johnson.

Who is this English Immersion Programme for?

English is a dynamic language that thrives in various contexts. What students learn in a traditional school curriculum may not always apply to real-world scenarios such as business conversations, negotiations, and pitches.

This English immersion programme is designed for students aged 14-17 who seek a robust understanding of English fundamentals, along with insights into the nuances between casual conversations and business communications.

By the end of this immersive course, students will be future-ready, equipped with the language skills essential to achieving their business ambitions.
